Buildertrend is a great product — for US residential builders. For India sites, Site Setu was simply built for the workflows you actually have.
I evaluated Buildertrend on a friend's recommendation. Lovely product — for someone in Texas. But the bills came in USD, no GST invoice, no Hindi for my supervisors, and support hours were when I was asleep. Site Setu's onboarding was in Hindi and English, the GST invoices come pre-formatted, and my reports go out with my own logo and signature. Half the cost, twice the relevance.
